wait till you try what’s here
it’s almost as bad
as that place outside Denver
remember?

or ended here
depending on one’s perspective
but Chinese food
has yet to arrive

I like a place in Delaware, Ohio called Canton and I also like Joy’s Village Chinese food. While up at my Mom’s I went to a place on Westlake which didn’t have broccoli in the General Tso’s chicken. I really like to feel the broccoli takes away from the heavily sugared spicy syrup. This was disappointing today for lunch. Hope your Rita liked this poem, Len. 🙂
She never reads the blog but did write once to tell me my favorite Chinese restaurant in Queens closed. They had great Peking Duck and I have yet to find a place in NYC to rival theirs. But then again, I am not in NYC any longer.
