  1. Women have no voice and men think they own our very bodies. Violence against us is used to keep us silent and in our place. We are a threat to the establishment so violence is ALLOWED and used as a form of contrtol.

      • Thank you. We literally live our lives trying to get kidnapped, raped, beaten or killed. It’s insane. Girls often have horrific lives. No one stops it from happening and the punishments are almost non-existent since men write the laws to protect themselves. A lot of women say they aren’t afraid but most have incorporated into their being/awareness and don’t even realize that they check out each elevator, parking lot, or anyplace they are alone, day or night. We are literally living in a war zone, prisoners because of men and what they are allowed to do to females. The horror stories are things of nightmares.

      • A woman’s rights & safety are cause for concern in every country, I fear. Quality of life, if it ever changes, changes much too slowly. And for women and children, it crawls.

  2. Believe me I understand. Unfortunately it seems to be a worldwide issue that is centuries old. One can only hope that with the internet people are more aware of these issues and change will occur. Sometimes, though, I think the internet only reinforces the status quo.
