I looked up a recipe for menemen. It is similar to eggs I make for my family in the states, but spicier. Sounds delicious
Everyone makes it a little different here and I make an Italian-American version of it myself. You can get it with sucuk or cheese added or spicy or bland. I like mine spicy. And there are similar meals in Italian and Chinese cooking, too, as well as other varieties, I’m sure.
