I agree wholeheartedly. Leadership is about cultivating rapport and trust. I was watching a film about a well known modern day “freedom fighter”. His troops turned on him and set him up for a takedown because he had no filter and takes what he wants without asking. In other words, no boundaries and no respect for others. This was a person who said that if people have to die after helping him out, then so be it. His team saw the dangers of giving him unlimited power and conspired to take it from him. If only he had loved them a little bit. x
That certainly is a good illustration of poor character in leadership.
He’s still in that embassy. I hope he grows up by the time he is free to leave. Enjoy your Tuesday afternoon. x
AMEN!!!!!!!!!
He still has a lot to say for a guy who has been dead for 2500 years.
Yes, but the sages great words never die. Keep the ball rolling. We need wise words at times like these. We also need a cowbell, and a switch from a mighty oak to awaken the brain dead that drink the kook-aid.
You are so right.
