In Kate's World
What has happened in Istanbul is so sad. I know it has affected you deeply. I am so sorry. Sending love and light to you and the people of Turkey.
Thank you. It is very much appreciated.
You shall return as MacArthur said when ousted from the Phillipines. In the meantime, recall all the wonderful memories.
Thanks, Michael. I am actually returning next week.
Terrific. Isn’t it great that we can travel almost anywhere in the world and keep in touch. Safe traveling, Leonard.
Thanks, Michael.
Sending hugs and peace…
Thanks, Emily. The people of Turkey can use all they can get in these trying times.
Let’s hope that things don’t continue on and we get some resolution to the conflict.
Leslie
I’m afraid resolution is impossible as long as all involved have different self-serving agendas. A sad commentary of the leaders of all the countries involved.
And still it is the innocent who suffer.
Leslie
Always, unfortunately.
I’m sorry… It’s hard to see suffering in places where a part of heart lives. Love and Peace.
Thank you for your kind comment.
It is so very sad! It has touched us all, these attacks on humanity!!! 😦
Thank you, Natalie, for that.
You’re welcome my sad friend😘
When I first heard, you were the first person I thought of. I am very sorry about the whole mess. I wish there was something I could do.
Thank you, Jim. Unfortunately we are all powerless in this ongoing worldwide tragedy.
we never learn…
No, we never do.
My thoughts & prayers are with you & the people of Turkey. How sad that we live in a world that has forgotten how to love. Be safe, my friend.
Thank you, Dorinda. These are troubled times we live in, and yet the times always seem to be troubled throughout history.
So very true. Will we ever really live in peace. It is my hope
My hope, too.
Another sadness.
There always seems to be another one somewhere in this world.
No end in sight.
So sad for what happened in Istanbul 😦
Prayers for them!
Be strong, my friend!
Thank you. Prayers are much appreciated.
How hard to be so far away from friends in their time of tragedy. Our thoughts are with the people of Turkey.
Thankfully I’m returning next week, but then I’ll be far from my friends here. Unfortunately one can’t be in two places at once.
All the best then.
So sorry…
There’s tragedy everywhere these days.
Sad, but true.
Your Heart will always be there. May Peace be not far away.
Thank you. I hope so.
