I have just read Margaret Atwood’s ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ – not the TV version. Yours is a very apt reflection.
It’s a great, truthful quote.
Quite strange the first part, it has to be a vocation since it´s not like is easy raising the kid. Mostly it happens to women the bond between them and the child, most women that is, but it is different for most men. So there is no equality then.
